The Spirit Of St. Louis Vi Poem by Edward Kofi Louis

The Spirit Of St. Louis Vi

Blue tongues and red tongues,
Yellow tongues and white tongues,
Don't jumble your state of affairs when the floods set in!
But with the spring, summer, autumn and winter in mind;
For i am only with the wet and dry seasons over here,
But the muse of St. Louis is all about my love.

The very place i belong to is like your own country,
But my experiences in Africa had taught me a lot of lessons;
And like two people born to two different parts of the world,
For they will surely grow up differently with different status! !
Because one may either progress or regress in respective to the other.

Life is like an Aircraft that touches down on a runway as it taxis along,
And i have landed into the world to contribute my quota;
But my sweet mind is all that i have to share with you all.
