The Star On My Car Poem by Namita Rani Panda

The Star On My Car

The Star on my car
reminds me of those precious stars
that my Miss used to draw
when my performance was without flaw.
The Star on my car
teaches me never to shake or break,
thousand transitory things may come and go
but to such little losses never to bow.
The Star on my car
teaches me to take proper care of my belongings
and to be cautious of the evils in my surroundings
that are always in a spree to see me crying.
The Star on my Car
is a test of my strength
to teach me that confidence is the real wealth
that helps to hop over hundred hurdles to prove my worth.
Stars are always there to encourage and inspire
They endlessly blink and say, ' In no situation you despair.
To a positive mind no darkness can overpower
However stormy maybe the nights you'll be the unbeatable WINNER.'
So the Star on my car is not a scar
For me it's my revered unforgettable teacher
My shining star on my car!
My precious star on my car!
