We were infinite
We were there
We had strength
But we were scared
There was nothing but the moment
There was nothing but us
Nothing but hope
And ever-lasting trust
Living for tomorrows
And forgetting yesterday
Ignoring all our sorrows
But holding back what we had to say
It was the strongest lust
Driven from the deepest passion
Caught up in our romance
In such a tragic fashion
Always me and you
We could've taken on the world
A happy-go-lucky boy
And a hyper active girl
We never were apart
We were always there together
Everything was perfect
And we thought we had forever
But forever is a lie
And it never ever works
That boy ended up deceiving
And that girl ended up hurt
Thinking back on us
We really were supposed to last
I don't know why we fell apart
But this is in the past
Maybe I should've told you
That you were the one I always loved
Yet I missed my chance to do that
So I'll just write the story of us
