The Sun's Rays Poem by Carolyn Brunelle

The Sun's Rays

Rating: 3.5

With a blinding brilliance, it pierces through
this foreboding cloud of fear
that for days has plagued my horizon.
I am suddenly reminded of a lifetime of storms
endured and overcome;
and each gleaming ray of light
seems to say there is always reason to hope.
