The Text Poem by Nassy Fesharaki

The Text

The text

Was early in morning
He sent me goats and sheep
In the form of the text.

I enjoyed what observed
Since too me to old days.

Then, I was child-shepherd
For small animals to graze
What was in the gardens.

By being different
From most in village
I was like prophets,
Studied the details.

Noticed how they differed,
Behaved in varied ways,
In every walk, manner.

Sheep, mostly, obeys law
And trains her own child
(That is killed for kebab,)
But goat is lawless, wild
Before is killed or caught.

Sheep walks in set trail
But the goat is rebel
Caring less for the path
Of stone, rock, asphalt.

Goats climb branches
With each and all chances,
To be free, live natural.

On mountains and the hills
The goat roads are famous.

Goats make great drummers
When go up the mountains,
Use their hooves as beaters.
