The Thief Poem by Njoyim Elisha

The Thief

Woof, woof, woof, the little dog barked,
Woof, woof, woof, there's a thief in my yard.
Pow, pow, pow, he shot his gun,
Pow, pow, pow, he thought it was fun.
Neh, neh, neh, little Tommy cried
Neh, neh, neh, as I hid him from his side.
Dub, dub, dub, my frail hear throbbed,
Dub, dub, dub, he is here to rob.
Jesus! Jesus! Jesus, I screamed out loud,
Jesus, Jesus, Jesus, drove the thief out.
