You don't know what it's like
To love a girl with your life,
But you can't take her outside
Because you know it isn't right.
...
My heart conflagrates at
The sound of your voice,
And my senses crumble at
The flash of your smile.

Not a sound was heard,
Nor a living soul seen,
Nor a lonely try in spleen,
Nor a morning bird to sing,

Whenever red is before me, I see the beautiful

My Treasure
My Treasure
He dared a smile, I did the same,
We went on and on until it became
A mind-numbing game. He uttered a word,
Quick was I to laugh though in it I
Found no absurdity. His treasure was
By his side, the gem I craved.
His treasure was of the scarcest kind;
That which is hard to find.
I wanted to deprive my foe of his
Treasure but he took me for friend.
I fed my foe with love and kisses
But little did he know my lips where
Venom and my sentiments his grave.
The more he held his treasure, the more
I desired it. Treasure! I was told is
That which one can hold at the expense
Of his soul. As old stories go, at the
Outlay of his soul did I possess Pearl,
His Pearl.
