The Thief Of My Heart Poem by Danish Azam

The Thief Of My Heart

Trying to be naive,
You know this art,
Im so impressed,
Thief of my heart!

I will testify,
it's a big lie,
You told me but why?
Without me you'd die.

Holding my breath,
I dipped into sea,
I cant last long,
It's very hard to be.

Oceans are rough,
To swallow it is tough,
Like any hard stuff,
Cause i am not the buff.

Rubbing my eyes,
I see a clear view,
Stars are everywhere,
Scattered like dew.

I have no money,
But drenched by honey,
Is it so funny?
Tell me my bunny.

Clinching my fist,
I have few sands,
Those are mine,
My heart understands.

I will carve them out,
A soldier so stout,
He will win you no doubt,
In every battle fought.
