The Trouble With Marble

Rating: 5.0

Understandably,
you're surprised to see
a penis
on ancient marble
statuary;

but not so
to see a nose.

One is not so good a substitute
I suppose.

Still,
for the legions missing
from marble faces,
noses must be pretty good
as substitute wood.
