The Truth Behind His Lies. Poem by Emma Jane Rae

He lies to make himself,
sound clever,
i wonder will he,
tell the truth ever?
he bigs himself up,
every chance he gets,
i think to myself,
aint you fed up with the sound,
of your own voice yet?
he tries to break me down,
and make me feel small,
i maybe short,
but i will always stand tall,
he acts all tough,
thinks hes real hard,
i warned him,
he will get the red card,
he thinks hes cool,
and he thinks hes smart,
what he doesnt realise,
every lie, just breaks my heart,
deep inside him,
hes very insecure,
but he refuses,
to open up anymore,
i hope one day,
he will come clean,
and turn into,
the man of my dreams!
