The Warmth Of My Mother Poem by the hobbler

The Warmth Of My Mother

Rating: 5.0

I took her home,
she died today,
after doctors gave up hope.

I took her home
and I buried her,
after a sleep she never woke.

I placed a stone
upon her grave
by the dim of dreary light,

And tonight
, I'l dream of all her warmth
as she lies as cold as ice.
