The Woman I've Kept In Heart Poem by Emmanuel Joseph Olumakiss

The Woman I've Kept In Heart

It is Majid daughter;
The woman I've kept in my heart
With other girls I have no grudges
All have made me impressed

Though many marvel and frown
Saying I am hard to get
The one whose hip is endowed
I only choose as a pet

Women hardly tell me NO
Whenever I present my request;
Though I've got no chariots and horses
Yet every heart I've met is usually impressed

Joy I've planted in peoples cheeks
Laughter I've given in place of food
Luckily is the girl that I love
She ought to be thankful to her God

I do not disown my word
Neither betray my own trust
Though I've got no chariot or horses
Yet every heart I've met is usually impressed.
