THE WORLD OF LEARNING HAS ALREADY GONE BY ME

The world of Learning has already gone by me
I who dreamed to be the ‘master of those who know'
Do not know and do not know and do not know

Of course I always did not know
But now I even have not heard of
What I do not know

There is more and more to Learn
I will not get close to it

Lost in my own small words
Lost in my own small telling
Of what I feel and know and am

The world has gone and is going and will go by me
And I do not know and will never know
Almost all of what there is to know.
