The Yaks
The yaks taking me
To the Himalayan regions,
To Tibetan Plateau
To Mongolia, Russia,
The yaks,
Long-haired bovids
With the long, dense fur
Hanging over
And with the sturdy legs
The shortish lambish yaks
So beautifully hued.
