There Is A Difference Poem by Francis Duggan

There Is A Difference

Heroines and heroes the masses create
But there is a difference between good and great
The title of greatness reserved for the few
This is a thing that is not in any way that is new
There are heroines and heroes in every town
But there is a difference between local renown
And something far greater known as Worldwide fame
Where millions of people do know of you by name
We all have the people that we does admire
And of singing their praises never seem to tire
But those you look up to not special to me
Which makes us seem more interesting as people would you not agree
The heroines and heroes the masses create
But there is a difference between good and great.
