There Is No Vengeance



There are
No laws
No peace, but
many flaws
There is
Regret, resistance
A fragile existence
Tensions run high,
Blood boils away
The innocent cry
“Revenge, this is not the way”
You know the truth
You know the solution
You feel your demon wings unfurled
As you cry:
“There’s no vengeance like the end of the world! ”
