There is something in you
That keeps me engaged
In a love so fierce
A seething pain wells up
When you are gone and
That my heart bears

There is something in you
For which I write songs
Without any sleep
That takes me to the world
Of much burden and care
Where love is deep

There is something in you
That gives me a reason
To go on inking
Verses on love in my heart
And within four walls
Keeps me stinking
