There's A Love That Completely Surrounds Us

There's a love that completely surrounds us
That is silent as all get out
Yet remains...constantly the same
Do you know of Whom I'm talking about
The love that although our transgressions
Are worthy to be dealt with so swift
Has such a longsuffering tenderness
That He constantly offers us a gift

The gift of Salvation awaits you
It's all written down in a Book
Ours is to check it out someday
And to give its pages a look
Use prayer as an introduction
Lord...please help me to see
If there is such a thing as knowing a Saviour
Then reveal it please Lord unto me

God's Holy Spirit will oversee
The prayer that comes from a heart
Who sincerely wants to find out the truth
And is willing to do His part
The Word will take up residence
As it begins to permeate
And your life will literally become life changing
Isn't the fact of that fact just great

I love that my God is love
Not willing that any should perish
Of all the things that my God is
This is the one thing that I mostly cherish
For His Word shall not return unto Him void
For Its packed with truth to the hilt
Can you not see His love for you and me
I trust then today that you will!

Hallelujah what a Saviour!
