These Eyes - Poem by Jessica Mitchell

Look into these eyes
And see the story they tell
Look deep enough
And there you will dwell

Look into these eyes
And see the uncried tears
All the huirt, the pain
All the loneliness and fears

Look into these eyes
Get lost in the green
They'll tell you of the past
And all the hell I have seen

Look into these eyes
If you think you know me
See the person that I am
And the person that I could be

Look into these eyes
And see the story that they tell
Look deep enough
And get lost in my hell
