They Included Me Into Anthology Poem by Liza Sud

They Included Me Into Anthology

They included me into Anthology
of Paradox - Oxymoron.
A sent poem about John of Kronstadt:
how he saved an abandoned girl.

What is paradoxical there&
Joy behind grief, and light in the dark.
And invisible God is near
when you call Him - you meet a saint man.

***

Am I reading your poem correctly when I say this: The anthologists assumed there is something paradoxical about a saint in the modern world, for example, John of Krogstadt. But for you a saint, modern or ancient, is not a paradox at all; in fact, there should be more saints, they SHOULD be commonplace because they are quite simply people living the right life aaccording to God's Will. That's not a paradox: it's good will, it's common sense, it's the way things should be! !
