Mel, yes I've seen a few of these who think they know it all. We get a lot of double-glazing sales persons knock on the door and then they start the patter of how good their product is and how safe the lock are. but little do they realise I had worked for over ten year in the manufacturing side of double glazing. So when they finish all their hot air. I start asking questions they can't answer and wonder why they pack up so quickly with their tail between their legs. Was it something I said?
