Many things I want to say
Even though you’re far away
I have no clue where I should start
I wish we had never had to part

Your friendship means the world to me
It took all this mess for me to see
That I blew it rests solely on me
Bring back our friendship and my glee

A stressful life takes all the blame
I know that sounds oh so lame
It is my excuse just so you know
And my reason I had to go

May the Good Lord bless you in all you do
I left you alone cause I love you
I know it didn’t show it in what I did
Its time for me to put the past under a lid

Let me back into your life
I promise not to cause any more strife
Love and friendship are all yours
I promise not to slam any more doors
