Think about we
Saturday,4th August 2018
Think not of self alone
those days have gone
nothing can be done
of "I" remains present in everyone
"I" shall have no significance
if that has not been realized at once
"I" is incomplete without we
You shall never be independent and free
The Africans believed in "ubentu"
meaning plural and referred to as"we"
even though they are disunited today
this is their thinking and way
think of the poor
who is living next door
and our immediate neighbor
he lives with no honor
we may not think about
and talk about his welfare
rather we may show our richness
and show it visibly on the face
Until we recognize the term "we"
we are still under bondage and not free
the independence and liberty has no meaning
until we are not leaning towards its ending
