Its been so long since you went away
No matter how hard i begged for you to stay
And not a day passes that i don't think about you
Or about all the things we went through
My friends tell me to just leave the memories behind
That it will hurt but will heal with time
And i keep picturing your face in my head
Holding onto Everything you have ever said
I catch my self writing your name in little hearts
wishing we had never fallen apart
And if the time ever comes and you think of me
Just remember this is the way you wanted it to be
