This Anti-Smoking Time

You might find
a French word for fly-swatter
is chasse-mouches,
hunt-flies,
and might don
from then on
a pith helmet to swat.

A stage wit,
sheila or bloke,
might find mist
that's sprayed from a can
is nifty
for smoke
for a play
that's set in 1950.
