I took a leaf from nature book
I pasted it upon my wall
It matched the way I felt about
The wonders of the natural world
A part of something special
And a source of great enjoyment
That keeps a certain mindset
And takes minds off work employment

To be a part of all we see
And exercise our will to learn
Can help to rest our thoughtfulness
And modify the way we yearn
For times and moments in our lives
Where nothing matters but the earth
And everything that warms our hearts
Is priceless since our time of birth
