This Nature I Deemed Poem by james watkin

This Nature I Deemed

This nature I deemed
Summer-tranced is deafening!
Not one twig, proposed
Or blade, but is lightening.

Across my beaten
Ways of lethargy, a squawk;
A hiss; hot blowing.
At this 'unconcern' I gawk!
