This Tree, A Sorrow Overhangs Poem by james watkin

This Tree, A Sorrow Overhangs

Found I, whom revealed later
Girl, still teary-eyed
From out a long dried up rain
Had been sheltering.

'Hiding from its hurt, this world's! '
Yes; for maltreatment
No such weather can, struck by
For spite with it vie!
