We were so much in love,
Life couldn't get any better,
Felt like you were sent from above,
Thought we'd be together forever,

I gave you all that I had,
I treated you like a king,
Was I not enough for you,
I put you before everything,

Too many hearts have been broken,
Too many harsh words you have spoken,
You caused me such pain,
It's a miracle that I'm still sane,

After all this you want me back,
That's just not possible,
We've been through so much,
We've taken such a deep fall,

Sometimes I wish I could still be with you,
And all that happened wasn't true,
But deep down in my heart,
I know it's best for us to be apart,

I though you were the one for me,
It's hard to let you go,
Now your just a memory,
This was my destiny,

God wants what's best for me,
That's why he took me out of this misery,
Don't know what his got planned for me,
All I know is that you and I are history,
