Marvellous poem, it talks about the truth of the life, brutal and open. We all do this time and again.
It is futile to hide a truth with a false facade when every body can see it---It is a no nonsense poem, though you have said it as non-sense as one of the categories.
Ha ha ha it is of no use, to hide your mistakes you need thick skin.
