Thought-Birds Poem by james watkin

Thought-Birds

Caged birds, sky's far wished depths
Now left to re-sound.
By themselves, do these isled thoughts
Hold me as spellbound.

Brilliant plummaged, in line
With that loveliness
Of whose sunsets, soaked, dream life's
Dream ending express.
