Thoughts During Fasting!
Avoid obesity and anger,
..Be happy!
Fasting without love in mind
..Is nothing but the rain in the desert!
Don't get enchanted with praise,
..Be yourself and establish!
The persons who are quiet without indifference
..Shall live by setting aside the agony!
Listen cutely in depth! Show others how to live!
..You never get low!
The enmity surrounding you will change!
..Look at the life of Jesus!

நோன்பு காலச் சிந்தனை
ஊளைச் சதை, கோபம்
உடனகற்றி
மகிழ்வாற்று!
அன்பகத்தில்லா நோன்பு
வன்பாலை
பெய்த மழை! ;
நிந்தனை புகழில் மயங்காதே!
நீயா யிருந்து
நிறுவு!
வேற்றுமை நீக்கி
ஆற்றி இருப்பார்
வேதனை தவிர்த்து வாழ்வார்! !
ஆழ்ந்து கேட்டு
வாழ்ந்து காட்டு
தாழ்ந்து போக மாட்டாய்!
சூழ்ந்து நிற்கும்
பகையும் மாறும்
சுதனின் வாழ்வைப் பாராய்! - காளியப்பன் எசேக்கியல்

It can be short and crispy; I explained little elaborately. You see my latest one from NanmaNikkatikai. My another friend Mr.Shanmugam chettiar wrote it very crisp. Probably it is OK for the people who know Tamil. But for others, I want it little more explanatory.
