Thru Poem by Cherokee Akan Ewe

Thru

ride down the main
until the federal highway
becomes snowy when mountains make loads tougher
shifting gear into the lower to keep from getting stuck in a stall of bad luck
and there goes the wings of a duck duck
walking alone by herself out fa'mo drugs and alcohol
be them blacks and whites
the blacks who failed law school
and the whites who didn't exist at all within no lexicon or diction
yet fantasies listen to their dreams of nightmares
which plays cascades of fears on orbit
the planetary dismayed
they universe decayed
the slower than sloth delayed
dogs bark protection onto Trees
then roam lands of true freedom four days plus three nights
with shields of indestructibles instructed by steel to never be broken
so weather of darkness ricochets wraps
leaving strays in jackets cased
to be de-scaled split head off gutted
the mistrusted floats down the main line warmer
another addict is born eyes rolled backed sighing from the relief of hate
they same societal mates who stay organized politically without debate
cause Said never said nothing to an imposter who be uneducated thru
riding
slowly as if creep was pushing a oldsmobile starfire spooktown set color on fifteen gold dz tru vogues never ignorant getting goals accomplished deep
don't twip cause i been der
with a pass into where geniuses be stressed out often found chalked
never learn their lesson of how to get out inspired aspired
thru...
thru...
and let em bang on thru (echoing) ..
banging my submarines deeply taught
volcanic activity in Chicago's windchill will frostbite ya frostbitten thermally entered exits when the Blackhawks come thru....
