White cotton sheets damp with passion,
two lovers entangled, fingers entwined,
eyes locked on eyes,
talking, too engrossed to sleep,
oblivious to time.
Each drinking in the other,
futures reflected in each others smiles
spirits of their unborn children deep in their eyes.
Hope forming anew with each tender caress.
Love budding like a spring rose.
He holds her so hungrily...
Kisses, long and promising,
she arches to him, as he touches her soul.
Sublime deliverance, two halves fulfilled,
hand in hand, they meet their destiny.
