Thy Glance Poem by Prabir Gayen

Thy Glance

Rating: 5.0

- Thy glance -
This propitious a measure Of Time
Wilt I keep in the solitary lawn of my mind,
The fragrance wilt reign without Closing,
The wind wilt note our long Love's
dulcet dictum.
In thine eyes the mirror of my futurity,
In thy heart the stream of my travail.
In this moment's voluminous joy
The eternity gleams as thou squint
Upon this poor heart for thy love.
The flower of this time will fight the inglorious mallet of misfortune.
I quoth: thou wilt live amid shade and shrine of my being as Never-dying rhyme.
Wilt I keep in my heart the elysian
Spring thou poured without embassy.
