Time In My Life Poem by fico espiritu

Time In My Life

In the morning of my life, I did not measure time
It was ample, there's enough, eternity seems mine

Then noon time came, it still abounds, comes in a steady pace
Although I counted it by years, still no cause for haste

In the sunset I fret, it's no longer plentiful
I count it by the days, wish that I be given more
