Time Offering Help Poem by Guess Who

Time Offering Help

Rating: 4.0

Time called me from far away
Trying to cure my feel of dismay
I was lost in the middle of nothing
Lost in a poor dream of loving
I was there listening to the call
Trying to be saved from my fall
Time please I'm not as young
Please I'm no longer as strong
Yesterday I did have a name
I used to stand tall in the hall of fame
Now I'm just an ordinary child
Not knowing how to cope in the wild
I'm here lost without my wisdom
I'm here bound losing my freedom
Time answer me wherever you may be
A friend of yours is dying lonely
Try and help the unknown person
The one that loves humans for no reason

A lovely and insightful piece of poetry about Time - the greatest healer. Thanks for sharing.
