Timid Heart Poem by Anurag Talukdar

Timid Heart

Rating: 5.0

An explosion deep within my heart,
Sublimes my very soul,
A feeling long obliterated,
Drags me back to my past, long forgotten.
Haven't I seen her before?
Of course, I did!
But never before did we converse.
Her voice still a stream of hope
But I guess she will not understand,
What I feel for her.
Sadly she never did.
And this night too slips by.
But tomorrow will be another day,
Another hope for my timid heart to bloom.
