Tinny Talk

It’s a pity our ex defence minister
didn’t say ‘tinny’ when he said
he wouldn’t trust Adelaide to build a canoe
let alone a submarine.

Once the subs from somewhere else
are built and in
we could then follow in our tradition of BIG things
and set up the old ones
in prominent positions
around Adelaide
and call them
BIG TINNIES 1 to 6
or how many are left by then.

BIG CANOE
just wouldn’t do.
