Titli Poem by Debendra Majhi

Titli

Titli landed from its flight
on the tender buds,
Accompanied by gush of wind
and heavy downpour.

Trees uprooted, houses collapsed
all fall with landfall,
Sea, sand, on the land
Storms takes its toll.

Windy conditions and tropical depression
brings torrential rain,
Throwing the coastal region
to deep inundation.

Hud hud, Phailin or '99
whats there in a name,
But wht "Titli"not yet known
though devastation done.
