Dear Mom,
Ode to Mothers, especially mine, are most like An unbreakable twine,
that holds us together,
Not like when up in a plane,
your bag of peanuts when needed,
explode under pressure.
Its safe to assume,
At the least with conviction,
There is no stopping Moms, mine or in general in owning their missions.
Even if this was so, that even though, social barriers of a sexist nature, Have Predisposed her -
To Half the clout, Half the strength,
to output more with less pay, while outpacing her counterparts every day.
And what is needless to say,
Is Her Needless to say,
Any mentions in form of pay.
It's With these facts, we can all presume,
Its both burden & blessing to assume,
That a mothers' love shoots over the Moon.
I heard they are superhuman, & don't need to take breaks, Getting their energy from peace of mind knowing their kids are off safe.
Let us give Credit to Moms,
Because behind each victory,
and moral authority,
is a mother shaded in drab, shouldering the majority.
Let's say again for one more time that Moms are an unbreakable twine.
Behind all good, I know there's my Mother,
keeping us safe,
and most importantly,
together.
Love,
Your Son
