To Jenna 6 Poem by Michael J ORourke2

To Jenna 6

Holy Name... Holy Name
My life was never the same
To see your eyes in the blue flame
Attended by angels...holding their claim

The sound of trumpets and golden horn
Leaving my heart ablaze...rent and torn
The altar of life- sacred and forlorn
Desolate and majestic in the early morn

Would the Spirit offer some release?
Would visions of you ever cease?
Floating high in the rafter's crease
Casting rays of enduring peace.
