To Late - Poem by Victoria Dyer

tired of this hurting
wishing it would go away
i held on to a dream
that never would come true

you acted like you care
but it was to good to be true
you smashed my heart into pieces
and took it all away

i cry a million tonight
just because of you
i hurt inside from where you left your mark
it to late to help
i'm fading away
