it is all in the
shallow part
the valley and
the flowing river
it is in this
plateau
where the trees
are not
remarkable
where stones
are mere stone
where sands
slow from our
hands without
so much thought

it is not about what
happens next from
here

just here
now nothing folded
no projections

dreams and goals
melting like
ice

giving way to
another summer

and so life is
smooth
so simple

like the way i
pretend that
there is nothing
wrong

like the way i
tell you that
there is no problem


life is smooth and
simple
that is how we must
think it is.
