My heart’s aflame with love for you,
Like fountain rising high;
I’m proud of all the things you do,
Surprising me, Oh my!

Your trust in God and things divine
Show how you walk with God;
You are the Eve made to be mine,
No words can ever laud.

The road we took was rather rough,
But God was by our side;
Sometimes, the challenges were tough,
In God we still abide.

My love for you will never fail,
No matter what come may;
We must keep soul hearty and hale,
To meet God on His day.

Forget the crosses that came by,
Perils and fears that popped;
As man and wife, we shall so die,
Without being ev’r stopped!

On Valentine’s Day, let’s pep up,
Forgetting trials past;
Today, let’s sing and dance and sup,
The world is pretty, vast!
