Mother you have loved me even before my birth,
Mother you are the miracle that has brought me to this earth,
Mother you have cared for me even when i was just a cell in your womb,
Mother you did your level best to ensure my fragile life could bloom,

Mother you have brought me into this amazing world i live in today,
Mother you have cared and worried about my well being every single day,
Mother you have raised and moulded me with your endless love,
Mother without doubt you are my greatest blessing from the heavens above,

Mother you have devoted yourself to my growth as time stole your youth,
Yet you never complained about the hardship and carefully hid the truth,
Mother you have always made time for me despite all your work and stress,
Mother you ensured i had a good education and the best tools for success,

Even if i could spend this entire lifetime serving you it would not be enough,
To repay your kindness and love generously given even when times were tough,
Mother i promise you i will strive to be the best child i can possibly be,
Mother i will do my level best with this life you and father have given me.
