To Sweetness (2) Poem by Dheeraj

To Sweetness (2)

Rating: 4.5

In all forms, in all life, in all games, you play but fake.

This silence is super killing and is really poisonous to take.

I stand on the same terrace from where your therapy and healing was done.

I call your name from here so loud but this silence says there is no one.

Yes, this was the darkness with what I was talking.
This was the time where I was all night walking.

For someone so far but closer to me.
For someone so unknown but known to me.

Now the breeze that blows your fragrance feels just dark.
And the moonlit night seems to loose its spark.

I stand there in the same place but now in some other time.
Where all your promises and words still sound but in low rhyme.

What I wanted to say, left unsaid.
What I wanted to clear, left puzzled.
What I wanted to solve, left unsolved.
What I wanted to live, just died.

My words, my puzzles, my riddles now must seem as a joke.
But once these words were a actually a big hope.

I questioned this universe, 'Is mercy left? '
The answer came yes but the time has swept.

And some years hence, some wind will blow.
When all in loneliness
Your face will glow.

You'll think of a time that never came.
And you'll tell to this life that it is an unfair game.

I'm now here in words but someday will disappear.
Like lost time and tides
I may never reappear.

" I questioned this universe is mercy left. And the answer came yes but the time has swept." Uncertainty rules the roost hope is resilient though... the march goes on and on... relentless for the new dawn... Thanks…
