To The Hearth Poem by Walter C. Edwards

To The Hearth

To the hearth, the fire place,
the heart of the home,
The warmth of the abode,
when winds blow cold,
stoked and made to flame,
sunshine in winters dim light,
with heat in golden delight,
let us bath in you fire tonight.
