'But it is said that great poets write from the heart…' You have written it well, dear poet. 'I hope that he doesn’t ignore you after making love And that he doesn’t disappear for 3 nights after a fight.' A pure and honest wish made from the realities of life. 'I hope you stay together long enough to reach your bronze wedding anniversary And most of all, I hope that he doesn’t cheat on you too. I wonder how many teardrops might have fallen while writing these two lines! Moved by this poem, indeed!
