Hmmm, very good question! Can a concentrated 'thought' produce change? Perhaps! If an individual meditated and prayed for that change to occur! NOW... can the concentration of 'thoughts' in a collective process produce a desired change? Hmmm, has that been done? By more than one? All concentrating for one desire to be welcomed?
